The pick-up and departure from Cusco begins at 4.30 am – 5.00 am, the trip is approximately two hours crossing small towns and communities such as Izcuchaca, Limatambo and Mollepata, where you will have a nutritious breakfast, being the last point of shopping, we will continue until we reach Soraypampa (4000 mts) which is the starting point of the walk.

The path begins with a two-hour long climb through the vegetation, a narrow path and colorful landscapes. Arriving at the lagoon we will have a prudent time to appreciate the snowy Humantay and Salkantay, with a spectacular sunset.

Time to have lunch

We will return to the place where the trek begins, to take back the transport that will take us back to Cusco at 7:00 p.m.
